Daylyn Fortuna: No More Fear

Daylyn transferred into Eastern Christian High School last year as a junior second semester from a private school. Eastern Christian has impacted Daylyn Fortuna a lot… “EC has made me more comfortable with praying and accepting Jesus. It has helped me learn so much about my relationship with Jesus. I've learned to accept myself for who I am and not to be ashamed or nervous when making new friends.I would be afraid to make new friends, worried that they wouldn't like me or [think] that I was annoying, but I learned over the years that a lot of people feel the same way at times and there's no reason to be nervous.”

Daylyn Fortuna will be majoring in psychology, she finds the human body to be very fascinating and she wants to learn more about herself and others. She will be enrolling at school at Penn state.
